Cosella-Dörken researches, develops and manufactures state-of-the-art construction products that improve the way we build and live in our homes.
Our products consist of waterproofing systems, drainage composites and weather resistive rain screen barriers that effectively waterproof, relieve hydrostatic pressures, offer capillary break and redirect water away from commercial and residential below grade foundations and above grade exterior walls. DELTA®-MS, DELTA®-MS UNDERSLAB, DELTA®-MS CLEAR, DELTA®-DRAIN and DELTA®-DRY.
We also carry roofing underlayments that meet demands for both steep and low slope non-ventilated attic assemblies with fitments for ventilating metal roofs, cement/clay tiles, and slate. DELTA®-FOXX, DELTA®-VENT S, DELTA®-MAXX TITAN and DELTA®-TRELA.
For ventilated roofs we provide a highly abrasive and waterproof underlayment that meets demands for composition shingle assemblies, DELTA®-ROOF.
